Silver Maple Lodge & Cottages is located one block from the Connecticut River and less than one mile from Lake Morey Country Club. Lake Morey is one mile from the inn.
The centerpiece of the property is a farmhouse built in 1790, which was expanded in the 1920s and restored in 1995. The lodge features 200-year-old hand-hewn beams, and is filled with many of the inn’s original antiques. The wraparound, screened-in porch is furnished with Adirondack chairs.

The original two-story farmhouse offers eight guestrooms, and there are seven knotty-pine cottage rooms. All rooms feature private bathrooms except for two rooms in the lodge. Cottage rooms have TVs and air conditioning. Rooms are individually decorated.
